This is a healing week in which we will be in a special diet, participating in three ceremonies ,and in between we will be meditating ,practicing Yoga, Tai Chi, singing and playing music with moments of absolute silence, and recreational activities like swiming in fresh mountain rivers. The week will close with a sweat lodge. Different type of incenses are also used during ceremony.
